Practical steps to sign in, fix common errors, reset 2FA, recover access and resolve Uphold® app or verification problems.
To sign into your Uphold® Login Account go to the official login page: uphold.com/login. Use the email address and password you registered with. Once authenticated you can access your Uphold® Wallet and Uphold® Exchange features (currency swaps, deposits and withdrawals).
If you prefer mobile, open the Uphold® App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, then tap “Log in” and follow the prompts.
If you get “login not working” errors, first confirm your email and password are correct. Try a different browser or clear your browser cache and cookies. Disable browser extensions or VPNs that may interfere with authentication. If the problem persists, attempt a password reset (link below).
“Error connecting” messages can come from network issues, firewalls, or temporary server interruptions. Check your connection, try another network (mobile data vs Wi-Fi), and retry. If you see server-side problems, check status updates in the Uphold® Help Center.
If the app crashes or shows unexpected behavior: update to the latest app version, restart your device, clear the app cache (Android), or reinstall the app. Persistent issues can be raised through support.
Can’t verify Uphold® wallet / verification declined: verification failures usually mean uploaded documents were unclear or incomplete. Re-upload high-quality, valid ID and proof of address, and follow the verification checklist in the Help Center.
Uphold® error decline during transactions: declines may be due to insufficient funds, unverified account status, payment method restrictions, or regional compliance checks. Review the error message and confirm your account verification and funding source.
Uphold® 2FA reset: if you lose access to your authenticator app, use any stored backup codes, or follow the 2FA recovery steps in the Uphold® Help Center to verify identity and reset two-factor authentication.
If you forgot your password or suspect unauthorized access, begin account recovery at the official support pages: Uphold® Help Center. For password resets use the “Forgot password” flow on the login page. When contacting support, provide any requested identifying details but never share your full password or private keys in messages.
